An information and communication technology (ICT) specialist advised government officials at all levels and company owners on Tuesday to embrace capacity building to boost their companies’ growth and image.
Mr Sam Adesoga, the Principal Coach of Valuehut Ltd., delivered the guidance in an interview in Lagos.
Adesoga stated that organisations must build and reinforce the skills, instincts, talents, procedures, and resources required to survive and prosper in a rapidly changing technological environment.
“It is crucial to emphasise that technology is a vital driver of any country’s economy; it plays a significant part in overcoming many developmental difficulties that enterprises and governments face.”
“As a result, training is also required, as disruptive technology has damaged numerous developments.”
“That implies that organisations must involve their employees in training and retraining for sustainability, growth, and profit,” he explained.
According to him, capacity development and technology will boost creativity and create opportunity for organisations and young entrepreneurs to acquire skills not just for growing their enterprises but also for solving problems and positively impacting society.
Adesoga encouraged government and business leaders to harness the power of technology and embrace new trends in order to address development and humanitarian concerns while also enhancing success and improving their enterprises.
According to him, Valuehut Ltd has taught numerous organisations across the world on how to maximise the potential of team creative imagination utilising scrum, as well as establishing organisations that are best suited for human people to thrive.
“A lot of our work at valuehut has gone beyond the tech to the entire organisation, combining business and technology as one entity.”
“We teach organisational team leaders using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban; we take lessons learnt through training and apply them to their situation,” he explained.
He urged young entrepreneurs to investigate technology and capacity building in order to lawfully use new technologies as significant drivers in their firms.
He also urged young entrepreneurs to create their businesses with integrity and to avoid engaging in fraudulent activities that may derail their plans.
He asked the government to investigate the possibilities of technology to enhance agriculture, health, industry, the environment, and other sectors, as well as the overall well-being of the country.
