Lagos to establish N10bn aquaculture centre, empowers 2,743 farmers

The Lagos State Government is to establish N10 billion Lagos Aquaculture Centre of Excellence (LACE) in Igbonla, Epe, under a Public\Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement.
