Governor Hope Uzodinma and his wife, Chioma Uzodinma, warmly welcomed Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady, when she visited Owerri on Friday to participate in the 2023 Imo Women August Meeting. Her visit was not just a gesture of celebration but also an opportunity to advocate for greater support for the women of the state.
During her visit, Mrs. Tinubu urged the women to rally behind Governor Uzodinma’s re-election bid in the forthcoming November governorship election. In a powerful message of unity and empowerment, she emphasised the importance of women’s voices being heard and their contributions being valued.
