President Bola Tinubu Approves New Ministers and Assigns Portfolios

Tourism finally gets its own ministry

New Ministers are approved, and portfolios are assigned by President Bola Tinubu.

President Bola Tinubu announced today that he had given the nomination of new ministers and their respective ministries his blessing.

The Special Advisor to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Ajuri Ngelale, shared this information with State House Correspondents in Abuja at a press conference.

Following a retreat led by the office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, the swearing-in ceremony is anticipated to take place the following week.

The list of recently appointed ministers, along with their ministries, is as follows:

The Senate has failed to confirm the nominee for the ministerial position in Kaduna State, and the president’s traditional portfolio of minister of petroleum resources has also not been given.
