Sunday Amosu, 25, has been accused of trafficking 1.3 kg of Cannabis sativa by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) on Thursday before a Federal High Court in Lagos.
Drug trafficking is the alleged offence against the defendant.
The NDLEA claimed that the defendant committed the offence on November 10 at Aboki Estate in the Ibeju Lekki region of Lagos State in the charge sheet signed by the prosecutor, Mr. Lambert Nor.

If found guilty of the crime, the Act imposes a life sentence.
No date has been set for the defendant’s arraignment.
