A 21-year-old Monday Nnime for reportedly been arrested by the Lagos state police command for stabbing his 28-year-old brother in Ebute Meta area of the state.
The suspect was apprehended by security Operatives attached to the Denton Police Division, Ebute Meta, on September 7, following the death of the deceased, John Okoh.
Nnime supposedly stabbed his brother with a broken bottle while arguing over the sum of N1, 500 at their workplace along Sam Freeman Road.
Reports have it that a customer had given Okoh N1,500 after working on his vehicle but the suspect wanted equal share from the sum.
Benjamin Hundeyin, the State Police Spokesman, confirmed the incident and said Okoh was rushed to the Federal Medical Centre, Ebute Meta, for treatment but was confirmed dead by the doctor on duty.
