Wizkid’s album, “Made in Lagos’ is soaring high on the global music charts with with Charts Africa, an African music charts social media operation, announcing that it had crossed the Spotify 50-million-albums-sold mark.
In the Dominican Republic, it is no. 1 on the Apple music top albums chart.
The “Made in Lagos” album was released in October 2020 and features a track, “Ginger”, featuring Grammy Award nominee, Burna Boy.
Both Wizkid and Burna Boy are 2021 Grammy Award Nominees.
