In a vibrant display of Lagos State’s rich cultural heritage, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu showcased his dancing skills to the tune of ‘Of Wind Water and Fire,’ performed by the renowned QDance Company. The occasion was a special tour of the J Randle Centre for Yoruba Culture and History in Onikan, Lagos, attended by the U.S. Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Global Affairs, Arun Venkataraman, and delegates from the President’s Advisory Council on African Diaspora Engagement (PAC-ADE). The event highlighted the cultural ties and ongoing collaborations between Lagos and the United States, emphasising the significance of cultural exchange and mutual engagement.
